Celebration time for le Pelle launching the new web site. In a combination of slight change of path and moving activities to Taiwan, we have been working on a new web site. In a colorful event we took it online. With the new platform we will be better able to serve existing customers and new ones.
We are very happy to launch the new web site which allows us to better share our activities and the new knowledge we are continously gaining. Powered by Drupal 7, our preferred open source application for web sites, we will share our activities with anybody interested. And of course welcome feedback.
Slight change of path above refers to le Pelle’s long commitment to developing its own web applications instead of joining the open source communities. Even if our own development has led to succesful applications such as the application behind www.amsterdammers.net, we took the decision a little more than a year back to follow the example given by, among others, the Economist and put our energy into open source and focus on the things we do best: Creating more effective business tools for our customer’s web presence.
