Key-Stone Inc, an artist management company in Taipei, representing quite some celebrities, had an outdated web site with limited possibilities to change the content without external help. Now they can do everything themselves and the site has social media integration as well.
First of all Key-Stone needed a good presentation of the artists it represents on the front page as well on the artist pages where the artists now can be filtered on discipline among other things. The filtering disciplines is something Key-Stone can change themselves. Every artist also has an ever changing cv and presentation. Its now possible for Key-Stone to change text and pictures as they see fit.
The PR department of Key-Stone has a lot of material to publish on their web site – on a daily basis. The company continously has events going on and, at the time of writing, is doing the PR for 2 new Taiwanese movies involving arranging sponsors and holding events. Consequently they are adding news items on a daily basis and photo galleries on a nearly daily basis. Their media material can also be video as well as photos.
le Pelle met their needs using the open source package Drupal 7.
The website is featuring a special dynamic flash tool for showing the artist’s list pages, made by Rob ter Haar.
The graphic design is also made by Rob ter Haar from cobwebbed.com.
Other features are optimising for searches in Chinese by transliterating all chinese page titles to pinyin and using these in the URLs.
The second phase for Key-Stone will be the integration of an Internet Shop which also will be done in Drupal 7.
